Today the Eu published the 16th package of sanctions in reaction to the invasion of the Ukraine by the Russian federation. We have noticed that beside some new measures, also the exportbans, importbans, transit bans en no-Russia/No-Belarus clauses have changed as several goods annexes with HS codes were replaced.
Be sure to check whether your goods may stil be im-/exported from/to Belarus, Russia and/or the occupied regions of the Ukraine (Crimea and parts of Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Mykolayiv, and Zaporizhzhya Oblasts).
